MARK W. KROCHAK
Since being admitted to the Bar in 1986, Mark has had wide and diversified exposure to various aspects of small firm general practice.
Mark began his legal career doing mainly plaintiff and defence construction litigation, which developed into a fairly busy practice for collections, more in-depth construction litigation, and personal injury work.
In 1990, Mark joined forces with Wayne Peterson and Walter Dueck to form Dueck Peterson and Krochak, which has evolved, and since 1993 has been known as Peterson Krochak.
Mark is active in raising his three sons, coaching hockey and baseball, and when not at the office, during the hockey and baseball off-seasons, can probably be found at the golf course. Mark has been searching for a repeating golf swing for upwards of 20 years. The search continues.
Mark's practice currently involves serious personal injury litigation, commercial and residential real estate and litigation related to real estate matters, and a host of corporate and commercial clients requiring varied lending, borrowing and security documentation, as well as a robust wills and estates practice.
